Nexus announces the merger with its subsidiary Integid. With retroactive effect from June 30 2016, Nexus Technology GmbH is universal successor to all contractual and statutory obligations of Integid GmbH.
Since 1984 Nexus has secured society by enabling trusted identities. In 2014 we acquired 100 percent of the shares in Integid GmbH with the goal of adding an excellent solution in identity, visitor andentitlement management to our existing portfolio.
Now it is time to integrate Integid fully into our company – we are happy to announce the merger to you today.
Based on the combined product portfolio we are now able to offer you even more comprehensive solutions and additional industry expertise, especially in the area of entitlement and visitor management. With the integration of Integid we are also making sure that our customers always receive the best service. We are now in a position to react even faster and to use synergies more effectively.
