Returns

To return incorrect or defective products, please complete the form, be sure to select Return and follow the instructions in the confirmation that will be sent to you by e-mail.

If a replacement delivery is desired, a new order will be added to our system and billed with agreed payment terms. Credit or part-credit of original order occurs when the goods are returned and the reclaim is accepted. A return will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

  • Misspelled, wrong image, wrong validity or other information that the customer has stated
  • Physical wear or tear on the product
  • Complaint confirmation is missing in the return shipment
  • Customized products, for example, encoded, printed, and/or laser engraved cards and key fobs can not be returned but needs to be handled as RMA, see below for more details.

If a return comes to us without complete information, it will be discarded after 90 days.

In order for a credit to be displayed, the return confirmation must be attached and signed with the goods.

RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization

If the product purchased from Nexus doesn't have the functionality as described in the product description or has been wrongly produced, an RMA form must be sent. RMA´s covers for example customized products, such as encoded, printed, and/or laser engraved cards and key fobs and personalized credentials. Please complete the contact form, select RMA, and Nexus will contact you with information on how to proceed. To return incorrect or defective products, please complete the form, be sure to select Return and follow the instructions in the confirmation that will be sent to you by e-mail.
