The Nexus Smart ID solution
Nexus offers an easy-to-manage solution that lets your users identify themselves visually, log in, open doors, sign transactions, make payments, and use follow-me printing – with one single Smart ID. The identity is most often hosted on a card, but mobile IDs and other authenticators can also be used.
Our comprehensive Smart ID solution consists of multifunctional ID cards with photos (also called professional ID cards, enterprise ID cards or common access cards) along with software to manage different kinds of both physical and digital access. The solution also includes ID life-cycle management capabilities with self-service components to manage the cards as well as mobile IDs and other authenticators.
One identity, several carriers
It is a very good idea to have a user’s digital identity hosted on two or more different identity carriers, such as on the multifunctional ID card, a virtual smart card on the user’s mobile phone, and a virtual smart card on the user’s PC. This enables use of the identity anywhere, anytime and from any device.
Compatible with most systems
The Nexus Smart ID solution is compatible with most systems for physical and digital access. We also offer optional add-ons, including a range of two-factor authentication methods, digital signing as a service, integration with physical access control systems from leading vendors, and unique card readers.
The solution comes in standard packages, suited for different industries such as organizations within the public sector and industry. All modules can be configured to meet local requirements.
