The municipality of Sigtuna has upgraded to Nexus service GO Workforce to issue and handle secure identities for its politicians and employees. GO Workforce enables users to seamlessly authenticate themselves with two-factor authentication (2FA) to securely access the digital systems and to sign digital documents.
“Ensuring security of the municipality’s digital transformation efforts is a priority for us. We wanted to give our users secure yet easy-to-use options to access municipal resources. Nexus’ GO service met all our requirements. It will also simplify the complete management of digital identities for us,” says Colin Lanflo, IT Manager at Sigtuna Municipality.
Nexus services and products help organizations digitize securely and gain overview and control over user permissions. With secure identities such as physical or virtual smart cards, employees can get access to buildings, access systems and digital resources, sign documents digitally, encrypt emails and more.
