HDP5000 printer produces high-quality photo cards and is built on modules so it is easy to add aditional fetures to the printer as the card specification changes.
Providing a reliable, robust solution for printing and laminating in a compact desktop package. Using a retransfer printing process, images are first printed onto a thin film then heat transferred onto the card surface. This produces a high-resolution glossy image, providing true over-the-edge printing.
If using cards with RFID, the re-transfer technique is to prefer over direct to card, as this technique is not as sensitive to cavities on the surface of the card where the RFID chip and antenna is placed.
