Nexus and Bull Join Partnership to Protect Business-critical Data

Stockholm and Paris, October 1, 2014 – Nexus, a leading international provider of security solutions and services, and IT provider Bull have integrated Nexus’ range of public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions with Bull’s TrustWay Proteccio hardware security modules (HSM). Taken together, Nexus’ and Bull’s solutions provide comprehensive protection for business-critical data.

A PKI manages digital certificates that protect business-critical information, communication and IT processes against threats like unauthorized access, data leakage, identity theft and fraud. An HSM such as TrustWay Proteccio makes it possible to protect the cryptographic keys that are vital to the PKI chain of trust.

“We are proud to welcome Nexus within the growing TrustWay Proteccio ecosystem. Being selected by such a distinguished player in the PKI area as nexus is the result of our strategic development of our network-attached HSM range, both in terms of feature, performance and ease of integration” says Philippe Duluc, Vice President of Bull’s Security Division.

“Nexus provides end-to-end PKI solutions for issuing, validating, and delegated lifecycle management of PKI identities and credentials. Complemented by Bull’s TrustWay Proteccio HSM, they enable airtight security for sensitive data – while providing users with reliable access to services and applications” says Per Hägerö, CTO of Nexus Group.
