Nexus launches first-class visitor systems in collaboration with Bravida

The identity and security company Nexus Group launches the new Nexus Check In visitor system. The launch is part of an extended collaboration with the installation and service company Bravida Fire & Security. “Bravida already resells our cards and key fobs for access control, and now we will resell their first-class visitor system, which will bring our partnership to a new level,” says Jörgen Littke, Head of OEM Operations at Nexus Group.

Investment Plan for Europe: EIB backs Nexus’ Smart ID solution with EUR 29 million

The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Nexus Group, a leading provider of identity and security solutions for physical and digital access, have signed a EUR 29 million loan agreement. The loan will help to further accelerate the pace of Nexus’ development of its identity and access management products. The agreement was made possible by the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), the central pillar of the Investment Plan for Europe, which was launched by the EIB Group and the European Commission to boost the competitiveness of the European economy.

Nexus first vendor with Swedish eIDAS support in an authentication solution

On September 29, 2018, the Swedish public sector will have to be compliant with all EU regulation eIDAS requirements. This includes accepting all EU-approved electronic identities in public e-services. “We have now adapted our authentication platform according to the specific Swedish eIDAS requirements – not all international suppliers will bother to do this,” says Stefan Runneberger, business developer at identity and security company Nexus Group.
