Courses include Smart ID Foundation, Smart ID Corporate PKI, Nexus Smart ID Digital Access (DA), and Smart ID Specializations like Smart ID Digital ID, Physical ID and Physical Access.
Our training is divided into consecutive levels – foundation, advanced and specialization training. Successful completion of each level leads to a respective Nexus Certificate with a two-year validation.
The training sessions are suitable for integrators, technical consultants, pre-sales, technical project leaders, support, and developers. IT knowledge is a requirement, while previous experience in the field of securing identities or PKI is beneficial.
Smart ID Foundation
Nexus Smart ID Foundation enables you to understand and work with Nexus Smart ID Identity Manager (IDM), which is a product used for centralized identity and credential management. You will gain insight into Smart ID Solutions and how they are connected. You will work on the product, that enables a consistent credential management process to ensure transparency and traceability in enabling identities for employees, students, and systems.
This is a foundation course. After completing this foundation training, a specialization in Physical ID, Physical Access or Digital ID through training is possible.
Smart ID Corporate PKI
Nexus Smart ID Corporate PKI (CP) focuses on the Nexus Certificate Manager (CM), which is a flexible and scalable certificate authority (CA) software portfolio, including interfaces like the OCSP responder (Online Certificate Status Protocol) and a wide range of enrolment protocols, which enables you to issue and manage electronic identities (eIDs) for people, infrastructure, and things.
This is a foundation course.
Nexus Smart ID Digital Access (DA)
Nexus Smart ID Digital Access delivers insight into Nexus Hybrid Access Gateway (HAG), which is a software-based authentication and federation product used to enable secure access to digital services – no matter where those services or users are located.
Nexus HAG supports many user-friendly two-factor authentication (2FA) methods and provides identity federation, enabling users to log on just once (Single-sign on) to reach all managed resources. Hybrid Access Gateway is interoperable with Nexus Personal, services for PKI cards and PKI mobile identity authentication. You can read more in the article Hybrid Access Gateway overview.
This is a foundation course.
Smart ID Specialization: Digital ID / Physical ID/ Physical Access
These courses require successful completion of the Smart ID Foundation (IDM) course at least, while Smart ID Corporate PKI course is beneficial.
With these courses you gain insight into the digital or physical aspect of IDs and how they are managed in the Smart ID solution.
