Returns

To return incorrect or defective products, please complete the form and follow the instructions in the confirmation that will be sent to you by e-mail.

If a replacement delivery is desired, a new order will be added to our system and billed with agreed payment terms. Credit or part-credit of original order occurs when the goods are returned to us, it has been found that it is incorrectly produced and that it is not due to any of the following reasons:

  • Misspelled, wrong image, wrong validity or other information that the customer himself has stated
  • Physical wear or tear on product
  • Complaint confirmation is missing in the return shipment

If a return comes to us without complete information, it will be discarded after 90 days.

In order for a credit to be displayed, the return confirmation must be attached and signed with the goods.
