The controller is Technology Nexus Secured Business Solutions AB. For any question, you may reach the DPO at dpo@nexusgroup.com. We process your data for product demonstration purposes only. The data is stored at Azure West Europe (Netherlands), which is in the EU.

We will only keep this data for 90 days then it will be deleted. You have the right to request right to request access to, rectification or erasure or restriction of processing of your data.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority. There will be no further processing of your personal data.

Please note that the background functionality directly uses the Microsoft Azure AI Background Removal functionality (Background removal - Image Analysis - Azure AI services | Microsoft Learn). According to Microsoft's Data and privacy for Image Analysis statement, the images you submit to Image Analysis service are processed in real time, and the input images and results are not retained or stored in the service after processing. Nexus is not responsible for the processing in this respect.
